Budget 2018 puts people first, and makes life more affordable

Over the next three years, this budget will put us on a path to:

• A universal child care program, and create 22,000 or more, spaces for child care
• Close foreign and domestic housing speculation loopholes
• Build & maintain affordable rental housing
• Eliminate MSP by 2020
• Hiring more than 3,700 new teachers across the province
• Outreach and support for women and children affected by violence
• Support revitalization and preservation of Indigenous languages
• Enhance the Buy BC, Grow BC, and Feed BC intitiatives
• Create partnerships with First Nations, industry and federal government to support Indigenous skill training programs
